Join our dynamic team as a Behavior Technician (ABA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will implement evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols, assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), and support clients in achieving their behavioral and developmental goals. Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to support clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders
- Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
- Assist clients with ADLs such as grooming, feeding, communication, social skills, and other daily routines to promote independence
- Support the development of teaching strategies tailored to each client’s needs through direct behavioral therapy sessions
- Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards
- Communicate regularly with clients’ families and care teams to update on progress, challenges, and next steps
- Adhere to professional and ethical guidelines outlined by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) and other relevant standards for behavior health professionals
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for working with children and families
- Interest in autism, developmental disabilities, and behavioral health
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned service area
- Ability to follow structured treatment plans and accept coaching and feedback
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability for afternoon/evening and/or weekend hours (most sessions occur when clients are home)
Preferred:
- Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential, or willingness to obtain RBT within the first few months of employment
- Prior experience in ABA, special education, childcare, or human services
- Bilingual (especially Spanish/English) candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
