The turn key restaurant offers quality food with a 4.8 rating on google, friendly family atmosphere, developed brand, great community support and a foundation for the right chef to take the restaurant to it's full potential. The pay will be significantly based on the productivity of the restaurant. Part time or full time opportunity.
Responsibilities
- Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and sanitation standards.
- Ability to role model professionalism to customers and staff while being sober and diligent in the operations of the resturaunt.
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth shift operations and high-quality food production.
- Manage food costs and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the owner and staff and learn the restaurant pros and cons before expecting to implement certain changes.
- Coordinate catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely delivery of exceptional cuisine.
- Ability to be the face of the restaurant and promote at community events and special occasions.
- Train team members in food handling, preparation techniques, and service standards to foster continuous improvement.
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen environment conducive to efficient food service management.
- Offer a friendly family atmosphere in the open kitchen concept.
Experience
- Safe Serve Certification
- Riverside County Food Handler Card
- Alcohol Serving Certificate
- Brick oven experience is preferred.
- Extensive banquet experience and familiarity with catering operations.
- The ability to develop a menu which is consistent with the company brand.
- Knowledge of dietary requirements and the ability to adapt recipes accordingly.
- Strong background in food production, inventory management, and kitchen management practices.
- Experience in restaurant management or food service management is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with food safety standards, HACCP protocols, and overall food handling procedures within the hospitality industry.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
