About the Role
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and professional Courtesy Call Representative to connect with customers regarding upcoming concerts and events. In this role, you’ll make courteous outbound calls to customers, share information about upcoming shows, and help create awareness and interest in our events. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with people, is comfortable communicating over the phone, and can stay focused and organized in an office environment.
What You’ll Do
· Make outbound courtesy calls to customers regarding upcoming concerts and events · Follow provided customer lists and call scripts · Share basic information about upcoming shows and answer general questions · Create interest and awareness around upcoming concerts · Transfer interested customers to the Box Office for ticket purchases · Leave clear and professional voicemails when customers are unavailable · Accurately record call information and customer responses as needed · Maintain a friendly and professional attitude during customer interactions · Stay focused and productive while making calls · Keep the workspace clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
· Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone · Strong verbal communication skills · Able to follow a provided script and communicate information clearly · Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls · Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility · Able to work independently and stay focused in an office environment · Positive attitude and professional demeanor · Basic computer skills · Previous customer service or phone experience is a plus (but not required) · Interest in live music and concerts is a plus (but not required)
Schedule
· Part-time hours, approximately 4–5 hours per day · In-person position in our upstairs office · Schedule based on business and calling needs · Specific days and hours will be provided in advance
