Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and a commitment to delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, ensuring that all meals are prepared to perfection while adhering to food safety standards. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to our menu planning and enhance the dining experience for our guests. Must be able to work every Thursday, Friday & Saturday, remaining schedule can change.
Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of food items.
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the highest quality of food service.
- Monitor food preparation processes to ensure consistency and quality in every dish served.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a food service or culinary role, preferably within fine dining or restaurant settings.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
