As a Residential Field Sales Representative, you'll help customers discover the benefits of WOW!'s industry-leading internet and technology services while building valuable sales, communication, and relationship-building skills that can accelerate your career.

What You'll Do
- Meet with potential customers in assigned territory and introduce them to products and services
- Build relationships within local neighborhoods and communities
- Educate customers on internet, broadband, and technology solutions
- Participate in community events and local outreach activities
- Achieve and exceed sales goals while delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records
- Partner with sales leaders and teammates to continuously improve and grow

Working Environment
- Work outdoors and within local neighborhoods in varying weather conditions
- Drive throughout your assigned territory
- Regularly walk, stand, and interact with customers
- Use company technology to manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Availability to work evenings and occasional weekends when customers are most available
