The Position
We are looking for driven, resilient Door-to-Door (D2D) Sales Representatives to generate new residential and commercial accounts. You will be the face of Crown Window Cleaning, engaging face-to-face with property owners, identifying their maintenance pain points (like desert dust and severe hard water etching), and closing same-day packages or scheduling recurring maintenance rotations.
What You’ll Do:
- Own Your Territory: Strategically canvas residential neighborhoods, master-planned developments, and local commercial corridors across St. George, Washington, Ivins, and Hurricane.
- Generate & Close Leads: Confidently knock doors, establish immediate rapport, educate property owners on our pure-water technology systems, and deliver instant on-site quotes.
- Maximize Deal Value: Upsell highly lucrative auxiliary packages including Solar Panel Cleans, Screen Repairs, and Comprehensive Track Detailing.
- Manage Pipeline: Input customer details and track interactions directly within our company CRM mobile app to ensure flawless operational fulfillment.
- Hit Targets: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas to unlock aggressive bonus tiers.

- Prior Sales Experience: D2D, roofing, solar, pest control, or alarms experience is a major plus, but a relentless drive to learn and succeed is valued above all else.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability optional (Great for capturing working homeowners)
Experience:
- Door-to-Door or Outside Sales: 1 year (Preferred, but willing to train the right candidate)
