Job Requirements : Automotive Service Advisor responsibilities include, but are not limited to
* Greeting customers
* Answering phone calls and setting appts.
* making follow up phone calls for special order parts and return phone calls
* Maintain and oversee workload
* Perform walk around on vehicle and perform minor inspection
* Advise customer on needs based off customer history and technician recommendations
*Service advisor provide great customer service
* Maintain great customer survey scores
* communicate with customers, technicians and all employees
* Professional appearance and strong communication skills
* Integrity, a positive attitude, and cleanliness and a strong work ethic
Required :

* must have valid drivers license
* 2 year service advisor experience
* applicants must be 21 years or older and be authorized to work in the United States
