Ignite Trucking, LLC is seeking reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Delivery Drivers and Driver Helpers to join our growing team. We specialize in last-mile delivery of appliances and home improvement products. In this role, you will operate and work from a company provided box truck, to transport goods safely and efficiently. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will ensure a smooth experience for clients while adhering to all safety and transportation regulations. This position offers flexibility and independence, empowering you to manage your own schedule while delivering top-tier service.
Duties
- Safely operate a variety of vehicle in accordance with state transportation regulations.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service to customers during deliveries.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are maintained.
- Assist with heavy lifting when loading or unloading cargo or luggage, ensuring proper manual handling techniques are followed.
- Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or other navigation tools while maintaining timely schedules.
- Communicate clearly with customers and dispatchers regarding schedules, delays, or route changes to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety protocols, including paratransit and commercial driving regulations, to guarantee passenger safety at all times.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, with valid driver's license and a clean driving record (class a cdl).
- Ability to pass background and any required screening.
- Strong knowledge of state transportation regulations and safety standards applicable to commercial driving.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Moffett experience
- Previous delivery, moving, warehouse, experience preferred.
- Experience with vehicle maintenance basics and troubleshooting minor issues is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts based on operational needs; self-motivated with strong time management skills.

Pay: $200.00 - $360.00 per day
