About the Opportunity
Holiday Inn Express & Suites is looking for dependable, professional, and customer-focused team members to join our hotel staff. We are hiring for multiple hourly positions across hotel operations.
We welcome applicants with previous hotel experience as well as individuals who are motivated to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.
Positions Available
Front Desk / Guest Services
Welcome and assist guests with check-in and check-out
Answer phones and respond to guest questions
Handle reservations and basic front-office tasks
Provide friendly and professional customer service
Address guest needs and help resolve concerns
Housekeeping / Room Attendant
Clean and prepare guest rooms
Change linens and towels
Restock room supplies
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
Inspect rooms for quality and readiness
Night Auditor
Assist overnight guests
Complete front-desk responsibilities during the night shift
Perform daily financial and system-related tasks
Prepare reports and support the hotel's overnight operations
Laundry Attendant
Wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens and towels
Maintain laundry areas and equipment
Keep adequate linen supplies available for housekeeping
Breakfast Attendant
Prepare and maintain the hotel's breakfast area
Restock food and beverage items
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation
Assist guests during breakfast service
