Perform a variety of general duties of a basic, repetitive, and/or manual nature in support of production operations within a food manufacturing environment.
Assist operators as necessary
Load and/or unload materials, ingredients, parts, products, cases, crates, and pallets
Move, stack, or place items on conveyors manually or by mechanized means
Deliver production items to designated work areas
Pack products (cheese, sour cream, drinkable yogurts, and related dairy products) into crates or boxes by hand
Sort, bundle, and fill containers or place products in assembled units
Label and identify product loads accurately
Construct or deconstruct shipping boxes
Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping of assigned areas
Complete all required paperwork accurately and legibly
Report quality or operational issues to supervisors immediately
Follow all safety procedures and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
Perform other duties as assigned
