WHO YOU ARE
- You have auto repair service advisor experience (this is a must)
- You know how to sell ethically, explain repairs clearly, and build trust
- You care about people first, cars second
- You’re confident, positive, and bring good energy to the room
- You love winning, growing, and being part of a high-performance team
- You believe customer experience is the product
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Greet customers and create WOW moments from the first interaction
- Educate customers on needed repairs and maintenance (no pressure, no fluff)
- Build trust through transparency, communication, and follow-up
- Manage estimates, approvals, and workflows like a pro
- Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
- Represent the Select AutoPros brand with pride—every single day
