Summary/objective
The Warehouse Coordinator will coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse.
Essential functions
-
Knowledge and proficiency for controlling, receiving, delivery and stocking procedures of the Warehouse Department through SWI, manual order and data/computer entry

Skill in improving methods/processes for inventory management verifying incoming and outgoing shipments
- Implements daily production and shipping plan, arranging for excess stock to be stored in warehouse

Preferred experience with IQMS & PLEX shipping & printing labels for inbound & outbound shipments

Manages daily flow of finished products by modifying storage space assignments
- Confirms availability of items to be shipped by verifying inventory records or conducting inventories of required items

Documents all related activities and completes forms and reports

Manually handles, repacks, or restacks pallets of finished product as needed

Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and safety standards

Ability to seek best practice and collaborate with co-workers

Must be organized and work efficiently

Must become proficient in the use of forklift
- Must maintain 5S housekeeping requirements

Fostering an incident- free atmosphere by following EHS guidelines and adhering to safety protocols

Maintaining a clean work environment and production floor

Able to work in other areas of the plant as needed

Performing other duties as assigned
Work environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
-
Prior manufacturing experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology

Must possess the skills and knowledge of creative problem solving, detail oriented with problem solving, decision making, and responsibilities in support of each employee to stimulate safety efforts and commitment.
