Door-to-Door Sales Representative — Commission Only
Pearson Gutter Guards is looking for a motivated, self-driven sales rep to grow our customer base across St. Johns County and the greater Jacksonville area. This is a commission-only position — your income is uncapped and based entirely on what you close. The harder you work, the more you make.
What you'll be doing:
You'll go door-to-door in local neighborhoods selling our home services, including:
- Interior gutter cleaning
- Exterior gutter cleaning & detailing
- Gutter repair
Your job is simple: knock doors, talk to homeowners, and book jobs. We give you a clear offer, pricing, and an easy booking process.
Compensation:
- Commission-only — you earn a percentage of every job you book
- Uncapped earnings — the more you close (and the bigger the jobs), the more you make
- Real earning example: book 10 basic gutter cleaning clients = $300 in commissions — and that's just the starting point. Bigger jobs and bundled packages pay you more per close
- Bundle and earn more — booking the combined interior + exterior gutter cleaning package is a higher-value job, which means a higher commission for you. The bigger the ticket you close, the bigger your check
- This is a role where a driven person can genuinely make as much as they put into it
What we're looking for:
- Self-motivated and comfortable talking to people face-to-face
- Resilient — door-to-door means hearing "no" on the way to "yes"
- Reliable transportation and a phone
- A hustler's mindset — this role rewards effort, not excuses
- Sales experience (solar, pest control, roofing, home services, etc.) is a plus but not required — we'll show you the offer and the pitch
