Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options while adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
- Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and promote beverage sales
- Manage bar inventory by restocking supplies, monitoring stock levels, and placing orders as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems, handling cash and credit payments efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Develop new beverage recipes and experiment with craft beer or cocktail trends to keep the menu fresh and exciting
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to coordinate service during busy hours like nights or special events such as banquets or catering functions
Requirements
- Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality environments; experience in food service or retail math is a plus
- Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, spirits, wine varieties, craft beers, and beverage recipe development
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders efficiently
- Ability to handle cash handling responsibilities responsibly while maintaining accuracy in basic math calculations
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a bar setting
- Experience working in diverse environments such as nightclubs, banquet halls, or catering events is advantageous
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours while maintaining quality service

Pay: $10.00 per hour
