Qualifications & Certifications:
- Current South Carolina Special Education License
- Ability to work effectively with students at all grade levels
- Background or interest in behavior management strategies preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and adapt Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to address student needs
- Collaborate with educational teams to provide tailored instruction and modifications
- Monitor student progress and adjust plans as required
- Support students with academic, functional, and behavioral goals
- Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for all learners
- Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and support staff
