Evergreen Counseling

About Evergreen Counseling
Evergreen Counseling is a growing private practice specializing in mental health therapy and autism evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults. We are expanding our services to create a multidisciplinary practice where behavioral services and mental health care work together to support individuals and families across the lifespan.
We are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who is excited about helping develop an ABA program within a collaborative, neurodiversity-affirming practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to shape a program from the ground up rather than join a large corporate ABA provider.
Position Overview
As our BCBA, you will play a key role in developing behavioral services while collaborating closely with licensed mental health therapists. Our vision is to provide comprehensive support that includes behavioral consultation, parent coaching, emotional regulation, executive functioning, social communication, school collaboration, and direct ABA services as the program grows.
This position offers the opportunity to influence the direction of the program and help build a practice that values collaboration, clinical quality, and individualized care.

- Neurodiversity-affirming
- Collaborative
- Family-centered
- Evidence-based

- Respectful of each client's strengths, goals, and autonomy
We believe behavioral services and mental health care can complement one another, allowing clients and families to receive coordinated support within one practice.
