Pediatric dental offices in Bend and Redmond are seeking an efficient, self-motivated Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our family-owned practice. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care and customer service.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing a variety of administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, insurance coordination, billing processes, treatment plan preparation, and navigating dental practice software. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential.
This position will primarily work out of our Redmond location, but flexibility to assist in our Bend office when needed is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression
- Answer and manage multi-line phone systems professionally and courteously
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized clinic calendar
- Verify insurance information and assist with patient intake processes
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
- Assist with dental billing, coding, documentation review, and insurance processes
- Prepare treatment plans and support administrative workflows for the dental team
- Utilize dental practice management software efficiently
- Perform filing, data entry, and other organizational tasks to support office operations
- Respond to patient questions regarding services, appointments, and office policies
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous dental or medical office experience preferred
- Knowledge of dental and/or medical terminology
- Familiarity with EHR systems and health information management practices
- Strong computer and software navigation skills
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive responsibilities effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Bilingual skills are a plus and appreciated in serving our diverse patient population

Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
