Peppers is restaurant, cocktail bar, and music venue located at 700 Military Rd in Buffalo, and we’re looking for a reliable Dishwasher / Pantry Support team member to join our opening kitchen staff.
Peppers is a cocktail-forward bar and restaurant serving craft cocktails, beer, and internationally inspired tapas in a lively live music setting featuring bands and DJs. As a family-owned business, we’re building a team that enjoys hospitality, music, and working together in a positive, fast-paced environment.

Dishwasher / Pantry Support
This role is essential to keeping the kitchen running smoothly and ensuring the entire team has what they need to succeed during service.
Dishwashers and pantry support team members work closely with cooks, servers, bartenders, and food runners to keep the flow of service moving efficiently. It’s a great opportunity for someone interested in learning more about kitchen operations, food prep, and cooking.
We’re looking for people who are reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn. The right person takes pride in their work, notices what needs to be done, and jumps in to support the team wherever needed.

Responsibilities
- Dishwashing and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assisting with basic pantry and food prep tasks
- Supporting cooks and kitchen staff as needed
- Maintaining organization and sanitation standards
- Helping keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy service
