Responsibilities:
- Represent ESG as a leader in the glass industry ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
- Install frameless shower enclosures & mirrors
- Deliver the highest level of attention to homeowners, contractors, and vendors.
- Employ problem-solving skills when issues arise.
- Perform other essential duties as dictated by the needs of the business.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience installing glass, mirror, and frameless shower doors.
- Able to lift 100lbs or more on a regular basis.
- Capable of working in a team environment to meet daily/weekly goals.
- Must possess a positive attitude and an eagerness to learn and grow with the Company.
- Must adhere to strict professional standards of loyalty and business ethics.
- Candidate must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
