Pete's RV Center is seeking a motivated, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Service Advisor & RV Orientation Specialist. This hybrid role combines customer service, service sales, RV delivery coordination, and customer education to create an exceptional ownership experience.

About the Role
As a Service Advisor & RV Orientation Specialist, you will serve as a key point of contact throughout the customer journey—from preparing customers for delivery of their RV to helping them maintain and service their unit after the sale.
You will educate customers on RV operation and maintenance, coordinate deliveries, manage service appointments, recommend repairs and upgrades, and help customers maximize their RV ownership experience.
Key Responsibilities RV Orientation & Delivery
- Conduct customer orientations and final RV walkthroughs
- Demonstrate RV systems, features, and components
- Educate customers on the safe operation of electrical, water, propane, leveling, slide-out, and other RV systems
- Review delivery paperwork and ensure documentation is accurate and complete
- Maintain detailed customer and delivery records
- Coordinate with Sales and Service departments to ensure units are delivery-ready
- Communicate delivery timelines and updates to customers
Service Advising & Customer Support
- Schedule service appointments and manage daily workflow
- Write accurate and complete repair orders
- Present service recommendations and repair solutions
- Explain repairs, maintenance needs, pricing, and timelines in a professional manner
- Monitor repair progress and proactively communicate updates
- Obtain approvals and manage repair orders from start to finish
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction
Product Recommendations & Sales
- Recommend accessories, upgrades, protection products, and maintenance services
- Present products and services using a customer-first approach
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer ownership experience
- Work toward performance goals and sales targets
- Earn additional income through performance-based incentives
Training & Development
- Participate in ongoing RV product and service training
- Stay current on RV technology, product updates, recalls, and new features
- Continuously develop customer service, sales, and technical knowledge
- Support dealership growth through a commitment to learning and professional development
What We're Looking For

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
RV, automotive, marine, service advisor, or sales experience is a plus—but not required. We will train the right candidate who demonstrates strong customer service skills, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to succeed.
Physical & Work Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to climb into and around RV units to demonstrate features and systems
- Frequent interaction with customers and internal teams
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Occasional lifting and handling of equipment or accessories
