Our client, a well‑established organization, is seeking an Accounting Manager to join their growing finance team. This is a high‑visibility role supporting corporate accounting and reporting functions. This position will be hybrid.

Lead the monthly close and corporate reporting process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and GAAP compliance

Review financial statements, investigate variances, and maintain strong data integrity

Manage and develop accounting staff while partnering closely with the Assistant Controller

Support audit activities through preparation and review of reconciliations and schedules

Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business; Master’s preferred

CPA required with 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience

Public accounting experience preferred

Strong Excel skills; ERP experience required
