Sales Manager – Aluminum Service Center
Location: Opa Locka/Hialeah Area
Salary: $65,000 annually

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and support a team of 4 inside sales representatives in a fast-paced aluminum service center environment. This role is responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, overseeing daily quoting activity, coordinating deliveries with warehouse operations, and ensuring high service levels across an assigned portfolio of approximately 600 active accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4 inside sales representatives, each handling approximately 150 customer accounts
- Monitor daily quoting activity to ensure fast turnaround, accuracy, competitive pricing, and strong profit margins
- Support sales representatives in closing deals, resolving customer issues, and expanding existing accounts
- Coordinate delivery schedules with the Warehouse Manager to ensure on-time and efficient service
- Oversee special orders and buyout items, including sourcing, pricing, purchasing, and follow-up
- Manage account distribution to ensure strong coverage and customer relationships
- Develop strategies to increase sales volume, gross margin, and customer retention
- Review pricing, backlog, service issues, and overall branch performance
- Maintain strong communication between sales, purchasing, warehouse, and management teams
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Experience in metals, aluminum, building materials, industrial distribution, or service center sales management preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of quoting, pricing strategies, inventory coordination, and customer service
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Results-driven with a focus on growth and profitability

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
