We are currently seeking a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join our Houston, TX office. While the position is Houston-based, there is flexibility to work from The Woodlands office as needed. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership, attorneys, and a collaborative marketing team to drive strategic growth initiatives across one of the Gulf South's leading law firms.
We are looking for a candidate with 5–7 years of professional services marketing experience, preferably within the legal industry. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and executing marketing and business development strategies, managing client-facing initiatives, supporting proposal development, and collaborating with attorneys to strengthen client relationships and expand market presence. Experience supporting the energy and petrochemical sectors and familiarity with the Texas business market are highly preferred.
