Responsibilities
- Generate opportunities for Account Executives and Sales Managers.
- Make outbound cold calls for 6–7 hours per day.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified sales opportunities.
- Update and manage prospect activity using HubSpot.
- Build relationships with business decision-makers and executives.
- Collaborate with a high-energy, team-oriented sales organization.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or other relevant professional experience.
- Experience with HubSpot preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM,
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound cold calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Positive attitude, resilience, coachability, and a competitive mindset.

Hiring Process
- Initial phone interview
- Interviews scheduled during the first week of August
- Final interview with hiring manager
Application Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and may be asked to undergo a background check and drug test in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Candidates should be comfortable working remotely from a professional home office environment, possess a high level of energy and enthusiasm, and have experience using HubSpot, Salesforce, or another CRM platform. Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
