We are seeking a dependable, organized, customer-focused, and self-motivated Parts Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support both internal staff and field service technicians by managing parts and equipment logistics. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a knack for multitasking, and experience in parts departments or administrative roles.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle shipping, receiving, and inventory control tasks efficiently.

Accurately pick and pack parts for delivery to customers and technicians.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Provide timely support to internal teams and field technicians regarding parts needs.

Utilize inventory management systems to track parts availability.
Qualifications:
-
Reliable transportation and punctuality (Monday through Friday, in-office).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Prior experience in parts departments or office administration is a plus.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements:
-
Lift, carry, and move boxes or materials weighing up to 70 pounds
-
Climb and descend ladders multiple times throughout the workday

Bend, twist, reach, and move while handling inventory and materials

Stand and/or remain on feet for extended periods of time, up to 5–6 hours per day

Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts

Work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures and frequent movement of inventory
Preferred Experience:
-
Inventory control and data entry (1 year).

Parts department operations (1 year).

Knowledge of foodservice equipment or related industries is preferred.
