Retail Sales Associate – Ann Arbor, MI
Zenith Glow. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to join our growing team in the Ann Arbor area. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping customers find products and services that fit their needs.
This is a full-time, W-2 position with guaranteed hourly base pay of $16.00–$20.00 per hour, plus the opportunity to earn additional performance-based compensation.
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work face-to-face with customers inside established retail locations. Zenith Glow partners with a variety of clients and retail organizations to support customer engagement, product education, and retail sales. Due to certain client agreements, specific client and retail partner information may be confidential.
No previous sales experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching to help new team members develop the customer service, product knowledge, communication, and sales skills needed for the position.
What You'll Do
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent face-to-face customer service
- Learn the products and services offered through assigned client accounts
- Explain product features, services, promotions, and available options
- Ask questions to better understand each customer's needs
- Recommend appropriate products or services based on customer needs
- Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate and current product knowledge
- Build positive relationships with customers
- Work toward individual and team sales and customer service goals
- Participate in paid training, coaching, and professional development
- Represent Zenith Glow and our client partnerships professionally within assigned retail locations

Pay & Compensation
Guaranteed base pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour
This is an hourly W-2 position. In addition to guaranteed base pay, team members may have the opportunity to earn additional performance-based compensation based on individual results.
Additional performance-based earnings are not guaranteed and are paid in addition to the employee's hourly base compensation.
