Compensation:
- $20–$30 per hour base
- Bonuses per good appointment
- Overrides and commissions on closed deals

What you will be doing:
- Walking door to door in assigned neighborhoods
- Knocking on doors and speaking directly with homeowners
- Mentioning active jobs in the area when applicable
- Identifying interest in exterior and home improvement projects such as roofing, painting, windows, or other upgrades
- Setting appointments for free consultations and free estimates

Serra Mesa, San Diego
Schedule:
Monday to Friday: 11:30 am to 6:30 pm
Saturday: TBD
