Job Title: Production Assembler
Job Summary
The Production Assembler is responsible for the safe and efficient preparation and assembly of food products in a cold manufacturing environment. This role supports daily production goals by working as part of a team on a fast-paced production line while maintaining strict adherence to food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards. The position requires performing repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, and following established procedures to ensure product consistency and sanitation.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, prepare, and package food products according to production specifications and quality standards
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures (including proper handwashing and PPE use)
- Work collaboratively with team members on the production line to meet daily production goals
- Accurately measure, mix, and portion ingredients based on production requirements
- Properly cut and handle vegetables, meats, and other food items using safe food-handling practices
- Prepare food trays and ensure products are neatly assembled and visually acceptable
- Store food products correctly and maintain temperature control at all times
- Review production orders and prepare work areas for daily assignments
- Perform repetitive motions such as assembling, packaging, and handling food items throughout the shift
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
- Report food safety or workplace safety concerns immediately to supervisors

Required Skills and Abilities

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $15.00 per hour
