In this role, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong menu and beverage knowledge, confidently recommend items from our curated selection of libations, and deliver polished waiter‑level service throughout the dining experience. This includes greeting guests, taking detailed orders, pacing courses, delivering food and beverages, and maintaining an elevated table environment. Servers engage in warm, casual conversation while ensuring the setting remains attractive, organized, and aligned with Hyatt’s service standards. Their style, attentiveness, and service attributes are essential to creating a memorable guest experience.
