Job Summary:
The Weekend Dishwasher will play an essential role in ensuring that all kitchen and dining utensils, equipment, and surfaces are clean and sanitized for a seamless culinary education experience. This part time position is vital for maintaining the hygiene and functionality of our culinary facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Ensure that all dishes and utensils are free from food particles and properly sanitized.

Maintain cleanliness in the dishwashing area and throughout the kitchen, including sweeping and mopping floors as needed.

Assist in organizing clean dishes and utensils and ensuring that items are properly stored.

Help with other kitchen tasks as directed by supervisors, including food prep support or basic cleaning duties.

Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the kitchen manager.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not required.
