WHAT ARE THE HOURS?
This is a fulltime financial role, Monday through Friday, with a choice of 8 am–4 pm or 9 am–5 pm.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?
As our Accounts Receivable and Collections Coordinator, you'll manage the daily flow of resident payments by organizing and posting rent for 70 properties across the state. You'll contact residents with delinquent accounts to discuss payment options and provide clear, professional communication. You'll also support the corporate office by accurately processing and relaying telephone messages. Your accuracy and consistency ensure that financial records remain reliable and that our operations run smoothly.
