SARA Companion HomeCare Services is looking for a confident, energetic, and highly motivated Caregiver Recruitment Sales Specialist to join our team. This is a phone-based recruiting and sales position for someone who loves speaking with people, building excitement, overcoming objections, and getting results.
In this role, you will spend your day on the phone speaking with caregiver applicants, presenting SARA as the agency they want to work for, and scheduling qualified applicants for interviews. We are looking for someone with a strong telemarketing, sales, call center, recruiting, or appointment-setting background who knows how to keep conversations moving and turn interest into action.
This is not a passive recruiting position. We need someone who is persuasive, upbeat, organized, and driven to make calls, follow up, document every contact, and help build a strong team of caregivers.
What You’ll Do
You will call caregiver applicants throughout the day and speak with them about employment opportunities with SARA Companion HomeCare Services. You will explain the benefits of working with our agency, answer questions, handle objections, and motivate qualified applicants to schedule and attend an interview.
You will also be responsible for accurately documenting every call, note, follow-up, and outcome in our system. Strong documentation is a must, as our recruitment process depends on clear, timely, and accurate contact records.
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls to caregiver applicants.
- Sell the opportunity of working with SARA in a positive and professional way.
- Schedule qualified applicants for interviews.
- Follow up with applicants who have not responded or need additional encouragement.
- Clearly explain job opportunities, benefits, schedules, and agency expectations.
- Overcome objections and keep applicants engaged in the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation for every applicant contact.
- Work closely with the recruitment and HR team to keep the interview pipeline full.
- Meet call, appointment-setting, and hiring-related goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Telemarketing, sales, call center, recruiting, or appointment-setting experience.
- A strong, confident phone presence.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to make a high volume of calls daily.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent documentation and computer skills.
- Positive, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude.
- Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Home care or healthcare recruiting experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
This position offers a $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission.
There is no cap on what you can earn. The more successful you are at bringing qualified caregivers into our agency, the more you can make.
