Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, replacing linens, and sanitizing all surfaces to brand standards
Maintain public areas such as corridors, elevators, stairwells, and service spaces, ensuring they are clean, organized, and guest-ready
Restock guest amenities, linens, and housekeeping supplies across floors and storage areas
Remove trash, used items, and room service equipment, maintaining cleanliness throughout the property
Report maintenance concerns in guest rooms and public areas through designated systems
Assist with guest requests (e.g., cribs, irons, rollaways) in a prompt and professional manner
Support housekeeping team with tasks such as moving furniture, turning mattresses, and handling heavy items
Collaborate with team members and leadership to uphold service standards and create memorable guest experiences
Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.
