Responsibilities
- Answer and return phone calls and respond to client inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments
- Greet clients and provide a warm, welcoming experience
- Manage the practice calendar and assist with appointment coordination
- Maintain accurate client and administrative records
- Assist with intake paperwork and onboarding of new clients
- Communicate with clients regarding appointments, forms, policies, and general practice questions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or healthcare/administrative training is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills to handle client inquiries professionally.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client populations effectively.
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining accuracy in record keeping.
- Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
