What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments (ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, AFLS) and design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Provide high-touch supervision, mentorship, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
- Empower families through interactive caregiver education and coaching.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare and educational teams.
- Track and evaluate client progress using data-driven, evidence-based methodologies.
- Help shape organizational culture and clinical standards through ongoing peer collaboration.
