Associate Family Law Attorney
Boyd Law APC | San Francisco, CA | Full-Time | $140,000–$185,000
Boyd Law APC is a premier California family law and civil litigation firm with five offices statewide. We are seeking a skilled, motivated Associate Family Law Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our growing San Francisco team.
Responsibilities
∙ Independently manage a family law caseload from inception through resolution
∙ Represent clients in hearings, trials, and court appearances
∙ Take and defend depositions
∙ Draft motions, declarations, RFOs, and other pleadings
∙ Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to deliver exceptional client outcomes
∙ Maintain billable hour expectations in a fast-paced, high-performance environmentQualifications
∙ Active California State Bar license in good standing (required)
∙ 3+ years of family law experience (required)
∙ Courtroom and deposition experience (required)
∙ Clio experience a plus
∙ Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
Compensation & Benefits
∙ $140,000–$185,000 annually, commensurate with experience
∙ 50% employer-contributed medical insurance
∙ IRA with employer contributions
∙ Three weeks PTO (accrued)
