AY Trucking is seeking professional CDL-A drivers with proven over-the-road experience. This is a stable dry van operation designed for drivers who already understand life on the road and want consistency.
We are not a training company and are not looking for entry-level drivers.
Pay & Structure:
- 1099 Independent Contractors
- $2,000–$2,500 weekly average (consistent)
- Consistent OTR freight (mainly Midwest and South/Southeast)
- 2 weeks out / structured home time
- Take truck home
Equipment:
- 2021–2027 Freightliner Cascadias (automatic)
- APUs, refrigerators, inverters included
- Governed at 72 mph
We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years CDL-A experience
- Stable work history
- Professional attitude toward safety and freight handling
- Drivers who want long-term consistency
Orientation:
Davenport, IA – transportation, hotel, and breakfast provided.
