Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee multiple apartment communities. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, customer-service driven, and has hands-on experience using ResMan software. This role requires strong leadership, financial awareness, and the ability to manage day-to-day operations across more than one property.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for multiple apartment communities
- Lead, train, and support onsite property staff
- Ensure high levels of resident satisfaction and strong customer service
- Manage leasing, renewals, occupancy goals, and delinquency
- Prepare and review reports, budgets, and financials using ResMan software
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing, and local regulations
- Coordinate maintenance, capital projects, and vendor management
- Conduct regular property inspections and site visits
- Handle escalated resident concerns professionally and efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Required
- Experience in Multi Family Industry- Required
- Proven experience using ResMan (Residential Manager) software – Required
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of leasing, occupancy, and financial reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing Class B/C communities
- Knowledge of Texas property management regulations
- Budgeting and NOI-focused operational experience
- 3+ years in a property manager role
- Multi-site management experience strongly preferred
