This internship offers hands on experience planning, promoting, and executing live events while working alongside experienced event professionals. You'll gain valuable experience in event management, marketing, vendor relations, community partnerships, and hospitality within one of the fastest growing cannabis lifestyle brands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with planning and executing weekly events, special events, and brand activations.
- Coordinate with musicians, entertainers, instructors, vendors, and community partners.
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and onsite event operations.
- Help maintain event calendars and project timelines.
- Create and update event listings across multiple platforms.
- Assist with social media promotion before, during, and after events.
- Capture photos and videos for future marketing campaigns.
- Conduct outreach to entertainers, instructors, artists, and local businesses.
- Assist with sponsorship opportunities and community partnerships.
- Track event attendance and collect guest feedback.
- Help organize event supplies, marketing materials, and vendor information.
- Support the Event Manager with administrative tasks and special projects.
Qualifications:
- Senior or upcoming graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Event Management, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong interest in event planning, marketing, hospitality, or business development.
- Proficiency with social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends during events.
- Reliable transportation preferred.

Education:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Experience:
- Event planning, hospitality, marketing, customer service, or leadership experience: Preferred but not required
