Job Summary
E-Z Trip is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the day-to-day operations of our growing convenience store and fuel business. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, staying organized, and taking ownership of projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include processing invoices, coordinating vendor promotions, assisting with inventory and pricing, preparing reports, supporting store managers and staff, and handling a variety of administrative and operational tasks across multiple locations. You will work closely with company leadership and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of convenience store and fuel operations, with opportunities for professional growth and advancement.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable using computers and business software. They should have strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience.
