Join a mission-driven clinical team where your expertise directly improves the lives of adult and geriatric patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, with additional support for psychiatric admissions. This weekend-only role offers the opportunity to practice at the top of your license while making a meaningful difference in patient recovery, dignity, and quality of life.
You’ll work closely with supervising physicians and an interdisciplinary care team in a supportive environment designed to help providers focus on what matters most—exceptional patient care.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will provide comprehensive, hands-on clinical care for medically complex patients, including:

Delivering primary, acute, and chronic care management for adult and geriatric patients

Evaluating patients, establishing diagnoses, and developing individualized treatment plans

Prescribing medications and ordering/interpreting diagnostics within scope of practice

Performing procedures and coordinating ongoing care needs as appropriate

Managing psychiatric admissions and collaborating with behavioral health services

Partnering with specialty providers (e.g., wound care, psychiatry) to ensure integrated, whole-person care

Communicating clearly with patients, families, and care teams to support understanding and continuity of care

Maintaining accurate, timely, and high-quality clinical documentation

Building strong relationships with patients, families, and facility staff to enhance care experience

Contributing to a collaborative, team-based care environment
What You Bring

Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in good standing
-
Current DEA registration
-
BLS certification
-
Strong clinical judgment and diagnostic ability

Confidence working independently in a complex care setting
