About the Role
As a Foundry Manufacturing Associate, you will play a vital role in our heavy industrial operations, contributing to the creation of high-quality iron castings. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment, developing technical skills that support our commitment to craftsmanship and operational excellence.
Responsibilities-
Operate heavy machinery and hand tools to meet daily production output targets.

Perform visual quality inspections to ensure all manufactured components meet rigorous industry standards.

Execute departmental work instructions and process control documentation to maintain consistency.

Maintain a safe and organized workspace by actively participating in 6-S workplace organization initiatives.

Support environmental compliance efforts by adhering to ISO 14001 standards.

Handle and transport raw materials and finished goods, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Qualifications-
