Provide high-quality therapy to individuals, families, couples, and/or groups

Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans

Support clients with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral challenges, grief, and life adjustments
-
Provide therapeutic services within the RISE Program, partnering with youth, families, schools, and RISE staff to support skill development, emotional wellness, and successful treatment outcomes.

Deliver care in outpatient settings, via telehealth, or in community-based settings (including homes or assisted living facilities, where applicable)

Collaborate with families, caregivers, and internal teams to provide coordinated, holistic support

Maintain accurate documentation in our secure, user-friendly EHR system

Participate in ongoing training and apply evidence-based practices
- Services provided in Russell County schools during the school day, within the Russell Springs RISE program, and in community-based settings, and remote settings.
- Flexible scheduling options available

Active Kentucky licensure: LPCA/LPCC, CSW/LCSW, LMFT, MFT, LPA, or LPP

Passion for providing compassionate, ethical, and evidence-based care

Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills

Self-motivated, dependable, and adaptable in both field and clinic settings

Experience with specific populations (children, families, adults, or older adults) is a plus
