Responsibilities
- Assist clients with auto, renters, and other insurance products by providing quotes, coverage explanations, and policy support.
- Prepare and process income tax returns accurately and efficiently.
- Promote additional services offered by J&L Multiservices based on client needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Follow up with leads, renewals, referrals, and customer inquiries.
- Process applications, renewals, policy changes, and related documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate customer records and provide ongoing customer support.
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Previous experience in sales, insurance, tax preparation, or customer service preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with office software.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

Skills

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
