NERT Facility Solutions is seeking a Southeastern Regional Market Manager to join our Field Operations team. In this full-time role, you will oversee facility service operations across the Southeast Region, driving performance, building client relationships, and ensuring consistent quality across the markets you manage.
What you’ll do:
Manage day-to-day facility service operations across the Southeast Region
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and on-site teams
Monitor service quality and ensure standards are met across all accounts
Coordinate field staff, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet operational goals
Track regional performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
Partner with leadership to support growth and retention in the market
Resolve escalated issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
2-3 years of sales experience.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associates degree or
bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in facility services, field operations, or a related industry
- Proven ability to manage teams and multiple accounts or locations
- Strong client relationship and communication skills
- Organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to travel within the Southeast Region as needed
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Background check required
- References upon request required
Preferred:
- Prior experience as a market, regional, or area manager
- Familiarity with the Southeast Region market
Schedule & pay:
Full-time
Pay: $50,000–$60,000 per year
Location: Southeast Region (remote)
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
