Responsibilities
- Meet with individuals and families to identify their financial protection needs.
- Educate clients on life insurance and related financial solutions.
- Recommend appropriate coverage based on each client's goals.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Generate referrals through excellent customer service.
- Attend weekly training, mentoring, and professional development sessions.
- Develop personal marketing and networking strategies to grow your business.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Coachable and willing to learn.
- Professional appearance and conduct.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Customer service, sales, education, healthcare, hospitality, management, or business experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Licensing
- Current Life Insurance License preferred but not required.
- Qualified candidates without a license will receive guidance through the licensing process.
