Capital Home Buyers closes off-market residential deals across South Florida at volume. We’ve done $70M+ in transactions and we’re scaling. We generate the leads. We run the marketing. We have the systems. We need closers who can take a motivated seller from first call to signed contract — and nothing else.
This role is for you if:
∙ You’ve made $100K+ in a commission role and you’re still hungry
∙ You run your own process, don’t need to be managed, and keep score obsessively
∙ You’ve sold real estate, solar, financial services, or any high-ticket product
∙ You’re competitive enough to be bothered when someone else closes what you couldn’t
The deal:
∙ We generate warm inbound and direct mail leads — you’re not cold calling a dead list
∙ Start at 7% commission — top performers earn 10% + performance bonuses after a 90-day ramp
∙ Proven closers with a verifiable track record can accelerate the evaluation — we’re not here to waste your time
∙ Average deal size: $40K → $2,800 per contract at 7%, $4,000 at 10%
∙ Volume closers doing 8–10 deals/month are clearing $30K–$40K/month
∙ No cap. Ever.
What you’ll do:
∙ Take inbound seller calls, build rapport, present cash offers, and close contracts
∙ Work multi-touch leads — sellers who’ve been marketed to more than once and are ready to move
∙ Handle objections, negotiate, and get signatures. That’s the job.
What we don’t want:
∙ Someone who needs training on how to sell
∙ Someone who needs a draw to pay rent
∙ Someone who’ll blame the leads
