Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional front desk experience.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar platforms.
- Manage hotel reservations, modifications, cancellations, and inquiries through hospitality reservation systems.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, questions, and concerns via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and customer service problem-solving skills.
- Assist with guest services including providing local information, coordinating special requests, and resolving issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure safety and security for all guests and staff.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, billing information, and incident reports while ensuring confidentiality and data security.
- Support night audit procedures when required to reconcile daily financial transactions and ensure operational accuracy.
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts is REQUIRED.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), especially OPERA or comparable platforms.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a strong advantage for communicating with diverse guests.
- Demonstrated customer service excellence with a focus on guest relations and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures, night audit processes, and hotel management practices enhances your effectiveness in this role.
- Experience working in resort environments or with property management systems (PMS) will help you excel in delivering seamless guest experiences.
- Strong communication skills via phone communication and client interaction are essential for success in this energetic role.
