Join Our Team at The UPS Store in North Forsyth County!
We're looking for an enthusiastic and reliable person to join our team as permanent, part-time Customer Service Associates at our location on 5290 Matt Hwy in north Forsyth County, GA.
Important Note: We are looking for someone who can work all week, including some weekends.
What You'll Do:

Provide excellent customer service to people who visit our store and call us.
- Listen carefully to customers and your teammates.
- Learn about all our products and services.
- Use our equipment and software confidently.
- Keep the store clean and safe.
What We're Looking For:

Good communication skills (both talking and writing), including basic math.
- Good typing skills.
- Experience in retail or customer service is a plus.
- Friendly and good with people.
- Ability to suggest additional products and services to customers.
- Comfortable using computers and phones.
- Punctual, reliable, and responsible.
- Able to lift over 40 pounds.
- Willing to work in a non-smoking environment.
