Treatment Nurse
Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with a variety of conditions and diagnoses
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and healthcare teams
Assess patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs and develop strategies to meet those needs
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals
Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with patients and families about treatment outcomes
Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatment plans, and progress
Requirements:
Current RN or LPN license in the state of Alabama
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
